"Be very careful, then, how you live - not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil."
Ephesians 5:15-16
In Pakistan, we see the urgency of the Gospel every single day. There are communities that have never heard the name of Jesus. There are children growing up without hope. There are families trapped in cycles of poverty and oppression. The needs are overwhelming - and the time to act is now.
At TFH Biblical School, we feel the weight of this urgency. Our students are not simply learning theology as an academic exercise - they are being equipped for a mission that cannot wait. Every lesson, every prayer, every practical training session is preparing them to go out and make disciples in a world that desperately needs the light of Christ.
We have learned that procrastination is the enemy of the Kingdom. How many times have we said "tomorrow" when God was calling us to act today? How many opportunities have been lost because we were not ready, not willing, or not paying attention? The apostle Paul's words ring true: the days are evil, and we must redeem the time.
Our ministry has seen both the joy of seizing opportunities and the sorrow of missed ones. We have seen villages respond to the Gospel with open hearts when we arrived at just the right moment. We have also seen doors close because we waited too long. These experiences have taught us a vital lesson: when God opens a door, we must walk through it immediately.
The children in our orphanage are growing up. The students in our school are graduating. The communities we serve are changing. Time does not stand still, and neither can we. Every investment we make today - in a child's education, in a student's training, in a family's well-being - will bear fruit for generations to come.
"Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom."
Psalm 90:12
Time is going - but it is not gone yet. There is still time to make a difference. There is still time to share the Gospel with one more person, to help one more child, to train one more disciple. Let us not waste the precious time that God has given us. Let us use every moment for His glory.
